All-Day School: Activities & Groups

Overview for the all-day-school team: activities, groups, staff, rooms.

The Extracurricular Activities Overview template with booking function is also suitable for student registration.

Lunch: 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in two shifts

Study time: 2:00 to 2:45 p.m.

Activities: 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Collection time / late care: until 5:00 p.m.

Creative workshop (Room K1, Ms Roth, max. 12)

Ball games (sports hall, Mr Weber, max. 16)

Reading club (library, Ms Lang, max. 10)

Use one box per day following the same pattern

For each person: name, days, activities, contact details

Who covers when someone is absent: order and availability

Group allocation for shifts, supervision, ordering system (see the cafeteria-plan template)

Rooms and supervision, coordination with class teachers regarding tasks

All-day-school coordinator: name and phone number

Collection arrangements: written information from parents stating who may collect the child
