Our Play

  • Title, author, performance rights clarified? (Necessary for many plays, ask early)

Role List

  • One line per role: role, cast, understudy
  • Also remember: narrator, extras

📅 Rehearsal Schedule3

Regular Rehearsal

  • Every Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, auditorium

Example: Rehearsal DD.MM.

  • Scenes 1 to 3, needed: everyone from Act 1
  • Whoever is not needed: learn lines

Intensive Rehearsals

  • Rehearsal weekend: DD.MM.
  • Dress rehearsal: DD.MM., complete with technology and costume

Stage Design

  • One line per scene: what needs to be on stage, who builds it

Props List

  • Per prop: item, who gets it, where it is stored

👗 Costumes & Makeup2

Costume List

  • Per role: costume pieces, available or to obtain, size

Makeup on Performance Day

  • Who does makeup, from what time, list of materials

🎫 Performance4

Dates

  • Performances: DD.MM. and DD.MM., 7:00 PM
  • Doors open: 6:30 PM

Technical Setup

  • Lighting and sound: who does what, briefing on DD.MM.

Tickets & Promotion

  • Put up posters by DD.MM., tickets via the school office, set the price

On the Evening

  • Box office, admission, cloakroom: assign 2 people each
