Instructions

  • All tasks are added to the backlog first.
  • For each sprint (1 to 2 weeks), the team moves tasks to In Progress: no more than 2 tasks per person at the same time.
  • Hold a short stand-up at the beginning of each lesson: What have I completed, what will I do today, and where am I stuck?
