Deliver to the cake stall by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the festival.
Please include a list of ingredients (allergens).

Bring a Salad for the Buffet

Deliver to the cafeteria by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the festival.
Please include a list of ingredients (allergens).

Prepare Waffle Batter

The recipe will be sent after registration.
Deliver to the waffle stall by 1:30 p.m.

Cake Stall, Shift 1 (2:00 to 4:00 p.m.)

Sales and serving; a cash box with change will be provided.

Cake Stall, Shift 2 (4:00 to 6:00 p.m.)

Sales and serving; handover from Shift 1.

Drinks Stall, Shift 1 (2:00 to 4:00 p.m.)

Serving drinks and accepting bottle deposits.

Drinks Stall, Shift 2 (4:00 to 6:00 p.m.)

Serving drinks and accepting bottle deposits; handover from Shift 1.

Supervise Game Stations (2:00 to 4:00 p.m.)

Tin-can throwing, sack races, and target shooting in the schoolyard.

Tin-can throwing, sack races, and target shooting in the schoolyard.

🔨 Set-Up (Previous Day)1

Set-Up on Friday (4:00 to 6:00 p.m.)

Set up stalls, benches, and gazebos.
Meeting point: schoolyard; the caretaker will be present.

🧹 Dismantling & Clean-Up1

Dismantling on the Day of the Festival (from 6:00 p.m.)

Dismantle stalls, collect rubbish, and leave the schoolyard swept clean.
Duration approximately 90 minutes.
